Tired of boring pasta dishes? Kick your family’s dinner up a notch with Three Cheese Manicotti!

  • 12 manicotti
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8 ounce container cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Cook shells according to the  directions on the package. Rinse shells in cool water and dry. Mix cream cheese and 3 cups Mozzarella cheese. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. I use my hands because it’s easier, but you could use a pastry bag with a large opening. Spread a little spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place manicotti in a single layer in the dish and pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over it.  Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375*. Uncover, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for another 15 minutes.
