She decided she didn’t want a “party” this year, but cake and ice cream with family was okay, so Sunday Bonnie brought Alyssa & Dillon over and we celebrated her birthday. I can’t believe she’s 14 already. I only have one more year until she gets her driving permit *sigh*.

Colby and I bought her a new digital camera and she’s in heaven! She’s taken 200 pictures in 3 days lol. This is one of her favorites…

She says “it looks so cool!” I guess I should just be happy she didn’t describe it as “amazing” which is her new favorite word and she uses it ALL the time!

As for me, I’m ready to ground her from the camera already lol. She took more pictures of me this weekend than I’ve had taken in the last 10 years! In the truck, in the bathroom, feeding Sheeba, gathering the eggs… she’s got the camera permanently glued to her hand!
