This is my aunt’s recipe, she makes THE BEST Mostaccioli

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 6 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. (4 c.) mostaccioli

Brown meat with green pepper and onion. Cook mostaccioli noodles until tender. Drain. Mix everything except the Parmesan cheese and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
