This is my aunt’s recipe, she makes THE BEST Mostaccioli…
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 6 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. (4 c.) mostaccioli

Brown meat with green pepper and onion. Cook mostaccioli noodles until tender. Drain. Mix everything except the Parmesan cheese and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
