We’ve got some horses from a neighboring field visiting us for a few days and we went over and put a gate up at the lake to keep them out of my aunts field, where my horses are, because she was having a hissy fit over them being in there… yeah I know some people are just odd. Anyway, Bobby, Joey and Kyle came and helped and after we had the gate up and the horses moved Kyle put Lucas up on one of the mares. He thought he was hot stuff! He was a bit nervous the first time, but Kyle never let go of him and soon he was saying “put me back”!!! He’s always been a bit iffy on animals, but they love him. When has about 2 years old Sheeba would follow him around basically babysitting him and he would cry because she was following him, which made her want to take care of him more lol. Now he wants to be a firefighting cowboy for Halloween so he can wear his fire suit and ride a horse ROFL!!!

On the left: You can see how big Raven is, but she’s so gentle and absolutely beautiful!!! To move the horses I just draped a lead rope around her neck and led her through the gate and all of the other horses followed.

On the right: Lucas also sat on one of the smaller horses, but it kept trying to bite him so he was NOT loving it and wanted down quite promptly.
