A new front porch!!!

Tuesday night I mentioned to Colby that someday I would like to have a porch to sit on and watch the kids when they play in the yard. Every morning I sit on the steps or stand in the doorway and watch the kids wait for the bus and in the afternoon I repeat the process waiting for them to return home. I told him that I thought it would be nice to have a place to put my cozy chair with a little room for Logan Otis to play next to me. Well, because I am so loved, or such a spoiled brat lol, when Colby came home last night he set posts and started my porch!!!

He has to make new steps and finish the rail and gate, but the floor is there and we have somewhere to sit!!!
