Prep Time: 10 min.  Cook Time: 20 min.
2 1/2-lbs. chicken wing pieces
¾ cup FRANK’S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce

  1. BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.
  2. TOSS wings in Buffalo Wing Sauce to coat.

Makes-6 to 8 servings
Tip: You may substitute 1/2 cup FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sauce mixed with 1/3 cup melted butter for the Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F for 10 min.
Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once.
Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.

BUFFALO GRILLED STEAK
Prep Time: 5 min.   Cook Time: 15 min.   Marinate Time: 1 hour
4 (1 inch thick)   bone-in or boneless loin steaks
2/3 cup  FRANK’S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or Frank’s® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce

  1. MARINATE steaks in Frank’s RedHot Sauce in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Drain and season as desired.
  2. GRILL steaks over high direct heat, about 15 min. for medium-rare, turning once.
  3. LET steaks rest 10 min. before slicing. Splash on more Frank’s RedHot Sauce to taste.

Makes 4 servings
Tip: Substitute other tender steaks such as boneless sirloin, flank or flat iron steak.

SWEET CHILI GLAZED CHICKEN SANDWICHES
Prep Time: 5min.      Cook Time: 10 mins
4 (5 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sweet Heat BBQ Wings Sauce or FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided
4 kaiser or hamburger rolls, split and toasted
4 leaves lettuce
¼ cup sliced red onion (optional)

  1. MARINATE chicken in ½ cup FRANK’S Sauce for 30 min. or up to 3 hours.
  2. GRILL or broil chicken 10 min. or until no longer pink in center, basting with remaining ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce.
  3. SERVE chicken on lettuce-lined rolls. Top with red onion slices, if desired.

Makes 4 servings

SWEET CHILI CHICKEN SATAY
Prep Time: 10 min.   Cook Time: 5 min.
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided
1/3 cup  hot water
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips

  1. MIX peanut butter, 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl.
  2. ARRANGE chicken on metal skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce.
  3. GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut sauce.

Makes 6 servings
Tip: Toss 1 lb. hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm.

GRILLED BURGERS WITH SWEET CHILI MAYO
Prep Time: 5 min.  Cook Time: 10 min.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce
6 (4 oz.)  ground beef patties
6 large  Kaiser or hamburger rolls, split and toasted

  1. MIX mayonnaise with Sweet Chili Sauce; set aside.
  2. GRILL or broil patties about 10 min. for medium rare.
  3. SERVE burgers on rolls with lettuce and tomatoes. Spoon Sweet Chili Mayo on burgers before covering with top half of rolls.

Makes 6 servings
Tips: Baste burgers with additional Sweet Chili Sauce while grilling.

    i ordered wings from a pizza shop last weekend . i believe they had a redhot and peanut butter mix for the sauce. it was delicious .i was wondering if you knew the recipe for it. as far as amounts of each. it was very hot also. i think the peanut butter makes it hotter unlike butter makes it milder.. thank you
