Steven shattered his heel at work Monday and is in the hospital, so Denyal is staying with him, and the kids have been staying with me. Last night when Colby took them to get more clothes I had them bring Steven’s pants that needed repaired, they ripped the seam out to get them over his foot without hurting him worse, luckily it tore straight through the seam so it was a really easy fix, but anyway when Colby went to see him last night I asked him to let Steven know the pants were fixed. He, of course, forgot until he called to tell me he would be leaving the hospital soon, and I heard Denyal ask “Did she add some pink flowers to the butt?” well, don’t you know that was an invitation to me! I told her I could easily do that and someone chimed in something about sparkles across the back too, so I did…

I didn’t actually have any sequins or sparkles so I added shiny pink and purple buttons lol. Everything is just barely tacked on and it’s just felt so it’ll be way easy to remove! I didn’t ruin his pants or anything, just decorated them up a bit and he’ll get some laughs out of it, everyone around here already has lol.
