Today’s recipe is simple, but so delicious, and sure to warm your family on these cool fall days… Creamy Chicken Casserole

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 bag egg noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Boil chicken breasts until cooked thoroughly and cut into chunks. Heat butter and add in milk and soup. Stir until heated thoroughly. Combine chicken, cooked egg noodles and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.

Pour into 8 1/2 x 11 or 9 x 13inch casserole dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
