Caterpillar Shape Sorter
CATERPILLAR SHAPE SORTER Item #1111
Meet a versatile, open-ended puzzle friend with countless opportunities for math exploration and configuration. Your child will have fun counting, sorting, mixing and matching colors, geometric shapes, and patterns, while developing the hand-eye coordination needed to fit puzzle pieces into appropriate spaces. Can be used with or without the base. 13 pieces
from 2 years to preschool (K, V)

The Caterpillar Shape Sorter is one of the cutest products I’ve ever reviewed. It was supposed to be for Logan, but Lucas has enjoyed it just as much. He calls it his “Happy Worm” and is really drawn to the bright colors. He’s only 2, so he has trouble figuring out how to put the pieces back together to fit properly, but he loves to try. Lucas on the other hand, dumps everything off and quickly pieces it back together. Then dumps it back out and switches the pieces around to give the Caterpillar Shape Sorter a whole new look.
They’ve also started using the Caterpillar Shape Sorter without the base, as regular building blocks. And Logan’s starting to learn his colors, so he’s been bringing me pieces and telling me “red” or “yellow” all afternoon… he’s not always right, it’s so cute!
If you’re looking for something to provide your toddler or preschooler hours of fun, this would be an excellent gift!

I sell Discovery Toys and love them! This was a fantastic review
I have to say my FAV Discovery Toys product is the Measure Up Cups! They are so versatile, you can even use them to teach multiplications, division and fractions, it’s crazy
We are huge discovery toys fans! Our favorite is the Main Street Playhouse. Even Shelby climbs inside to put on puppet shows for the littler ones lol.
I’ve never seen this before. I love how you can switch it up.
I’m really loving your Discovery Toys reviews. I hope you do more of them.
The Caterpillar Shape Sorter would be a lot of fun for my 3 year old nephew. I also found the FASHION FRIENDS by going to the Discovery Toys site. My little step-sister would play with those for hours and hours.
This is indeed a great idea to get the younger kids. My daughter would be a bit too old for it now, but it seems like great fun and learning at the same time. I am going to visit the site and see what else they have. Thanks.
This looks like something that my little nephew would really like to do, though he might be a little young for it, yet. Maybe his 3rd birthday?
