A Buttercup Bag for Me!

I really love the look of the pleated purses and even though I usually carry a much bigger bag, I made a Buttercup Bag for myself…

Yes, it’s pink, which is so not me, but I love this firetrucks fabric, and since I already have a checkbook cover and travel tissue pouch to match I figured I could deal with it being pink…

When I put my things inside I realized it is indeed WAY too small for me so and not everything will even fit, so I’ll be drafting my own pleated purse pattern this weekend. For now though, I have a Buttercup Bag of my own…

Ohoo, a friend sent this to me because she knows I am a bag fiend. I”m so glad you mentioned the size. I was worried it would be too small. I’d love to see the changes you make to it. And your bag is precious. :) I’m not a pink fan either, but it’s way cute.
