Crafted things I always love to receive:

• Journals and journal covers
• Magnets… all shapes and sizes, and the stronger the better!
• Belts… leather, fabric, whatever.
• Big grocery totes… I have plenty of the plastic bag size, but I need some big ones to hold boxed foods (crackers, cake mixes, etc)
• Aprons… I prefer full aprons, but I wear half aprons too
• Pin cushions
• Reusable Swiffer and Swiffer Wet Jet cloths
• Stenciled shirts… usually I wear a medium or large and like all kinds of designs, especially trees and super funky designs
• Crayon, marker, and colored pencil rolls or organizers… I really need one to hold my paint brushes and one to hold my dry erase markers too
• Hats and Scarves… knitted, crocheted, fleece, patchwork, whatever.
• Key fobs & key chains
• Anything made with polymer clay
• Handmade soaps, lotions, and scrubbies… I don’t like the smell of patchouli but pretty much all others are fine
• Hair accessories… headbands, pony tail holders, barrettes, hair wraps, scrunchies, bobby pins, I like them all!
• Mineral make-up
• Cell phone charms
• Sewing machine covers… I have 5 sewing machines and have only managed to make a cover for 3
• Guitar straps… I’d love a pink & black one, but anything to replace my solid black one
• Purses and tote bags… I really need something with lots of pockets big enough to hold Logan and my stuff when we go to the creek
• Coasters, placemats, cloth napkins, and tablecloths… my table seats 8
• Coffee cup cozies
• Camera neck strap covers… I’m not real fond of the slip cover kind, but I do use them.

Random things about me:

• I’m a Guitar Hero and Wii addict
• Actually I play a lot of video games… we have a Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Playstation, PS2, Sega, and Wii
• I’m a proud fire fighter’s wife & mommy (my oldest 3 kids are cadets)
• I love new things made from old things
• I have 5 kids… a 14 y/o girl, a 12 y/o boy, an 11 y/o girl, a 7 y/o boy, and a 3 year old boy
• I wear glasses and have pierced ears
• I love to get things I can use as gifts for other people
• I wear my youngest in all sorts of baby carriers
• We have many pets… dogs, fish, a guinea pig, turtles, a horse, chickens, and a cat
• I love things to help me keep organized
• I sew, scrapbook, stencil, and paint. I also make jewelry, cards, rubber stamps and candles.
• I have the supplies to make hand-stamped jewelry and accessories, but am definitely a novice.
• I’d love to try etching glass!!!
• I love to play games with the kids… Sorry, Life, Monopoly, Operation, Chutes & Ladders, Go Fish, Perfection, Memory, etc.
• My favorite colors are purple, lime green, pink, black, and orange
• I especially like corduroy, hemp, linen, and organic fabrics
• I like fabrics with BIG floral patterns, bold colors, camouflage, and geometric shapes.
• I like things that are funky, retro, goth, hippie, vintage, girly girl, tom boy, etc, etc, etc… I’m really not hard to please!
• I like black & white cows, faeries, butterflies, mushrooms, owls, woodland creatures, giraffes, and gnomes.
• I don’t like pastel colors, or anything with zombies, Spongebob Squarepants, or clowns!
